The problem we solve
Recurring healthcare costs — doctor visits, medicines, diagnostics — are the largest out-of-pocket health expense for Indian families. They are unpredictable, poorly tracked, and entirely unmanaged.
What we built
A full-stack healthcare management platform: digital wallet, AI document processing, workflow engine, family management, enterprise dashboard, fraud detection, SLA tracking, and real-time reconciliation.

Every member gets a digital healthcare wallet. When an OPD expense is approved, SettlHealth's contribution is credited directly to the wallet. Members can withdraw to their bank account or UPI at any time — no minimum balance, no lock-in.
Prescriptions and bills are analysed by a multi-model AI pipeline (OCR + Vision AI). The system extracts doctor names, registration numbers, medicines, dosages, bill amounts, GST numbers, and dates — automatically, without manual review for standard cases.
Enterprise employees can extend their healthcare wallet to cover dependents — spouse and children. The Senior Parents Plan add-on covers parents age 58 and above. Each dependent has their own KYC verification, and all healthcare expenses are tracked per member — in one unified dashboard.
Organisations (Corporate, SME, Startup, NGO, Government) can onboard employees via domain-whitelisted auto-enrollment. HR teams get a dedicated dashboard with usage analytics, configurable per-employee wallet limits, co-pay settings, and GST-ready bulk invoicing.
Every healthcare expense follows a structured workflow: Draft → AI Validation → Document Review → Risk Scoring → Approval/Reduction → Settlement. SLA deadlines are tracked at each stage with automated escalation. A full workflow event log is maintained for every expense.
A dedicated risk engine scores every member and expense using request frequency patterns, document hash uniqueness checks, anomaly detection, and behaviour multipliers. Fraud flags are classified LOW → CRITICAL with automated holds and manual review queues.
Every action on the platform — expense submission, AI analysis result, risk score, admin decision, wallet credit, bank transfer — is logged with actor, timestamp, IP address, old and new values. The audit log is immutable and available for compliance and dispute resolution.
